1. Make a deposit to BONVU.COM for the total price of the items + seller's shipping & tax (if any) + our service fee. The service fee is 3% of the total price (minimum $15). If the deposit is more or less than the actual costs, this amount will be applied towards the international shipping costs. If the items are not available or need to be returned, BONVU.COM will provide a full refund and help with the return.

3. Once the deposit is confirmed, BONVU.COM will order the items the same day, when possible. The Customer Invoice will be emailed to you as a receipt.
4. Enter the item details in your BONVU.COM account under "New Shipment". When the shipment arrives at BONVU.COM, it will be updated to “arrived” and you will receive an automated email.
