The Services provide a user the ability to consolidate items domestically prior to a consolidated shipment to the user. The Services operate by providing the user a web-site to enter shipment details.

Once the shipment(s) arrive at BONVU.COM, the user has the option to have them forwarded immediately or to have them stored at BONVU.COM until a later time.

Additional services such as shipment inspection, shipment relaying, shipment repacking and others are offered as well. For a more detailed description of the services, please visit our services page.

You acknowledge and agree that BONVU.COM may establish general practices and policies concerning use of the Services, including maximum shipment sizes, storage periods, and package consolidation limits.

You have sole responsibility for all shipments that you or your seller/business partner send to BONVU.COM through use of the Services until the shipment arrives at BONVU.COM. You take the risk of shipping and are responsible to know the destination country's regulations.

If a shipment is undeliverable for any reason, the carrier will attempt to notify the recipient. If a shipment needs to be returned to BONVU.COM, there may be additional return charges and fees and the initial shipping cost may not be refunded. BONVU.COM will do what they can to have shipping charges refunded for undeliverable shipments.

You acknowledge and agree that BONVU.COM is not responsible for the content of the shipments.

BONVU.COM will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer regarding unclaimed items and shipments. BONVU.COM reserves the right to return or dispose of the items and shipments if left unclaimed at BONVU.COM for an extended period of time.

BONVU.COM respects the privacy of others. These Terms of Service incorporate the terms of BONVU.COM's Privacy Policy.

BONVU.COM respects the rights of others and expects users to do the same.

You agree and acknowledge that the lawfulness of any shipments processed through the Services is your sole responsibility.

All right, title, and interest in and to the Services are and will remain the exclusive property of BONVU.COM and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Except as expressly permitted in these Terms of Service, you may not reproduce, modify, or prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, or otherwise use the Services.

BONVU.COM, the BONVU.COM logo, and all other BONVU.COM trademarks, service marks, product names, and trade names appearing on the Services are owned by BONVU.COM.

All other trademarks, service marks, product names, and logos appearing on the Services are the property of their respective owners.

You may not use or display any trademark, service mark, product name, trade name, or logo appearing on the Services without the owner's prior written consent.

As a condition to your use of the Services, you agree not to:

• Ship any content or material that is illegal in the country of origin or destination, promotes hatred or harm, infringes intellectual property rights, or violates any applicable law or regulation;
• Access, tamper with, or use any non-public areas of the Services or BONVU.COM's computer systems;
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or breach any security or authentication measures;
• Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the Services;
• Interfere with the access of any user, host or network, including sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mailbombing the Services;
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

BONVU.COM will have the right to investigate and prosecute violations to the fullest extent of the law and may involve law enforcement authorities.

BONVU.COM has a very thorough verification process in place. If fraudulent activity is suspected, detailed documentation will be requested to continue BONVU.COM services.

Beyond 24 hours, shipments will have left the BONVU.COM warehouse and cancellation is no longer possible. Any shipment cancellation must be submitted in writing to BONVU.COM Customer Service.

Cancellations are effective only after written confirmation by BONVU.COM Customer Service.

Refunds for cancelled shipments are processed immediately after cancellation has been confirmed by BONVU.COM Customer Service.

Cancellations outside of the published Cancellation Policy or not confirmed by Customer Service are not subject to refund. Any other refunds or discounts require mutual written agreement.

The Services may make available links to third-party websites. BONVU.COM is not responsible or liable for the availability, accuracy, or content of such websites.

Links to such websites do not imply any endorsement. You assume all risk arising from your use of any such websites.

You may terminate your account at any time. If you violate any of these Terms of Service, your permission to use the Services will automatically terminate.

BONVU.COM reserves the right to discontinue or change the Services at any time without notice. Upon termination, BONVU.COM will delete all data associated with your account, unless retention is required by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BONVU.COM, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service are the entire and exclusive agreement between BONVU.COM and you regarding the Services, and supersede and replace any prior agreements.
