Yes! All shipments include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number once your package ships, and you can monitor its progress in real-time through your dashboard or our public tracking page.

We partner with major international carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS. This allows us to offer you multiple shipping options with competitive rates for every destination.

Package Consolidation

Package consolidation combines multiple packages into a single shipment. Instead of paying separate shipping fees for each package, you pay once for one combined package. This can save you up to 80% on international shipping costs.

There's no limit to the number of packages you can consolidate. Combine as many as you like to maximize your savings. Just keep in mind weight and size limits set by international carriers.

We offer 20 days of free storage for all packages. This gives you plenty of time to wait for multiple orders to arrive before consolidating. After 20 days, storage fees of $0.25 per cubic foot per day apply.

What costs are involved in package consolidation?

Shipping costs are based on the greater of actual weight or dimensional weight (length x width x height / 139 for inches). The destination country and chosen carrier also affect the price. Use our calculator for accurate quotes.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.

Our consolidation fee is $15 per incoming shipment (first package included) plus $10 for each additional package in a shipment. This covers professional repackaging, weight optimization, and preparation for international shipping.

Customs & Import

Customs clearance is handled by our shipping partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) in the destination country. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are charged directly to the recipient of the shipment.

In most cases, yes. If you are the recipient of the shipment and meet the applicable tax requirements in your country, you may be eligible to reclaim the import VAT. The tax documentation provided by our shipping partners supports this process.

If you believe the duties or taxes have been calculated incorrectly, we recommend contacting the shipping partner directly to request a review and correction. We are also happy to assist you. Please email us at [email protected].
