The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment, storage, or handling through bonvu.com services.

This list is not exhaustive and may be updated at any time. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipments comply with all applicable local, national, and international regulations.

1 Medical & Health-Related Items

  • Prescription drugs (including dental and veterinary medications)
  • Medical devices requiring a prescription
  • Medical devices without regulatory approval (e.g. FDA approval)
  • Hormonal substances such as prohormones, human growth hormones (HGH), steroids, or similar synthetic compounds
  • Stem cell-based products or treatments
  • Any non-prescription items (including supplements, cosmetics, food, or medicines) that do not meet applicable regulatory labeling requirements
  • Any product subject to a consumer safety warning or recall

2 Perishable & Biological Materials

  • Perishable goods of any kind
  • Laboratory materials (including reagents, cultures, and biologics)
  • Medical or diagnostic specimens
  • Infectious or biohazardous substances

3 Hazardous & Dangerous Materials

  • Toxic, poisonous, or inhalation-hazard substances
  • Explosives, fireworks, flammable powders, flares, or matches
  • Fuels such as gasoline, diesel, or similar substances
  • Fuel-containing items (e.g. lighters with fuel)
  • Oxidizing agents
  • Fire extinguishers
  • Radioactive materials
  • Damaged or defective batteries

4 Weapons & Controlled Equipment

  • Firearms, weapon systems, and all related components or replicas
  • Air guns, BB guns, pellet guns, paintball and airsoft equipment (including parts and ammunition)
  • Ammunition, magazines, and weapon accessories
  • Tasers, stun devices, and similar weapons
  • Tear gas, pepper spray, mace, and similar chemical deterrents
  • Gas masks and related filters
  • Batons, clubs, and other law enforcement weapons
  • Restraint devices (including handcuffs, zip-ties, or similar items)
  • Body armor, ballistic protection gear, or Kevlar-based equipment
  • Tactical shields or riot protection equipment

5 Military, Law Enforcement & Controlled Technology

  • Military, police, or government-issued uniforms, badges, or identification (real or replica)
  • Military training equipment
  • Tactical or military-grade equipment
  • Flight helmets, flight suits, or dual-use aviation gear
  • Night vision, infrared, or thermal imaging devices
  • Rifle scopes, laser aiming, or targeting devices
  • Defense-related items regulated under export control laws (e.g. ITAR)
  • Dual-use goods subject to export restrictions requiring licenses (e.g. under EAR/CCL)

6 Restricted Goods & Regulated Items

  • Counterfeit or fake products
  • Illegal goods or contraband
  • Lottery tickets
  • Gambling devices or accessories
  • Lock-picking tools or burglary equipment
  • Rough (unprocessed) diamonds

7 Vehicles & Specialized Equipment

  • Self-propelled vehicles (of any type)
  • Self-balancing scooters or hoverboards
  • Ready-to-eat military meals (MREs)

8 Agricultural & Environmental Restrictions

  • Pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides
  • Seeds, plants (live or dead), soil, or untreated wood
  • Agricultural or organic materials subject to import/export controls

9 Animal & Wildlife Products

  • Live or deceased animals or insects
  • Human remains
  • Coral and protected marine materials
  • Brazilian rosewood
  • Animal skins, fur, or leather (especially from protected or exotic species such as reptiles, wolves, bears, elephants, rhinos, etc.)
  • Products derived from endangered species or protected under environmental laws (e.g. CITES)
  • Sturgeon or Beluga caviar

10 Unidentifiable Substances

  • Unknown or unidentifiable substances, chemicals, or materials

11 Tobacco & Related Products

  • Tobacco products of any kind
  • Electronic cigarettes and vaping devices

  • Dispose of prohibited items in accordance with applicable laws
