Customs formalities	FREE	Necessary customs documents (Invoice) will be created and included with the shipment as per the customer declarations.
Shipment inspection	US$ 6.00	Price per incoming shipment (one box, up to five items). Includes a detailed inspection, picture and comments.
Storage of shipments	FREE (30 days) After 30 days, US$ .08 per day per cubic foot	Free storage up to 30 days after receipt of shipment.

* A single shipment is one box shipped to BONVU from a sender. If a shipment/order from a sender is more than one box, there is a $4 service fee for each additional box. Shipments that require extra labor to repackage, to inspect, to move (such as oversized shipments), or for additional shipping supplies (such as a pallet, custom box..) may have an additional service fee.

There are NO registration fees or monthly account fees.

Our international shipping rates include more than 70% discount from FEDEX and UPS published rates. All UPS shipments are sent UPS CARBON NEUTRAL to offset the climate impact of the shipment - the goal is to eventually have all shipments shipped this way.

Billable weight is the greater of actual weight or dimensional weight. Our Shipping Calculator determines the dimensional weight based on the size of the shipment. All carriers use dimensional weight for rate calculation except for USPS. They use actual weight.

Shipment insurance is provided up to the shipment declared value and subject to the terms of the carrier.

CUSTOMS

Customs import tax and duty will be paid by the Buyer when the item arrives in the destination country. It is NOT included in the shipping rate. In most European countries, the import tax is similar to the Value-Added Tax and there is a minimum value before the tax is collected. Many items imported do not have Customs duty.

FEDEX, UPS and DHL may prepay the tax and duty for the recipient for fast, to the door delivery, when they do, they will charge an administrative fee for this service. For USPS (postal service), if customs tax/duty is charged, the recipient may need to pay this at the local post office and collect the shipment there. If you have customs questions regarding your shipment, please contact your local customs office.
